Now that your session is booked, you shojld find an email in your inbox that gives you an overview of all the details of our coaching session. Please review it, as to be sure all of the information is correct.

Should you find any mistakes in the email, such as wrong date or time, please click the link that says "change this meeting"..

It's always a good idea to keep a notebook and a pen at hand before, during and after the session. Any insights that come may be the gems you're looking for to make a breakthrough or elp you further on your way to success.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I did not receive any emails. What now?

It can take up to 15 minutes before the system has fully processed your request. If after this time you still haven't received any emails, please check your spam folder to make sure it didn't accidentally got lost in there. If so, please ark the email as Safe so any future emails will go straight to your inbox. If for any reason you haven't found your booking confirmation anywhere, contact us by clicking this link.

I want to change the date and/or time of my coaching session. Can I do that?

Yes. If for any reason you foresee that the date or time you've selected doesn't suit you, you can change this up to 24 hors in advance. Keep in mind that if you want to change the date and/or time of your booking in less than 24 hours before the meeting, you will have cancel the session and book a new one. Due to the last-minute changes it is not possible to request a refund or transfer the paid session to a date further in the future. In the ocnfirmation email you will find a button at the bottom where you can change the date and time of your original booking. 

 

I would like to change the location of the coaching call. 

There are two ways to have your coaching session with Robert - in his office in Haarlem, the Netherlands or via Zoom. If you selected a locatoin you wish to change, please contact us by clicking here and provide the necessary details of your meeting, so we can change it for you. 

 

Something's come up. Can I cancel my coaching session?

Yes, you can cancel your session free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the date and time you've selected. In the confirmation email email you can scroll to the bottom and click the 'Cancel meeting' button to do so.
